Terms of Use

• Netapps Products and Services means any platform, application, website, software, content, or service provided by Netapps or its affiliates.
• User Content means information, materials, images, videos, or communications provided by users when using Netapps Products and Services.
• Games & Promotions means contests, quizzes, Fast Finger challenges, leaderboards, cashback, referral programs, and other promotional activities offered within Netapps.
• Privacy Policy means the policy describing how Netapps collects, uses, and protects User data.

• These Terms apply to all users of Netapps Products and Services, including individuals, merchants, institutions, and partners.
• By creating an account, using our platforms, or participating in any promotional activity, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.

• Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal capacity in their jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration details (e.g., mobile number, email, bank details where applicable).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You may only use Netapps Products and Services for lawful purposes.

• You must not:
• Misuse the platform for fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Upload harmful or offensive content.

• Transactions conducted on Netapps Products and Services (e.g., payments, bill settlement, transfers) are subject to applicable fees, rules, and regulations.
• Netapps reserves the right to reverse, suspend, or block suspicious or non-compliant transactions.

• Participation in Fast Finger Games, Leaderboards, and other promotional activities is voluntary.
• By participating, you grant Netapps the right to use your name, username, photo, and winnings for marketing and promotional purposes on Netapps channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and TikTok.
• Rewards are subject to availability, rules of each contest, and applicable laws.
• Netapps reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.

• You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Netapps a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for providing services and promotions.
• Netapps content, trademarks, software, and logos are the exclusive property of Netapps.

• Netapps may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, violate laws, or misuse services.
• Users may terminate their account by submitting a written request to Netapps.

• Netapps Products and Services are provided on an as is and as available basis.
• Netapps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use.
• Nothing herein limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Netapps, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of Netapps Products and Services.

• Netapps complies with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) directives.
• Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
• Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
